All orders are sent out with £5 GBP FLAT RATE Shipping, no matter what country or how far. However, if you are International, you will receive the fastest shipping service ordering from one of our local retail partners.
If delivery is to a business, please include the business name in your delivery address (or it may not arrive correctly).
United Kingdom (UK) Shipping:
Parcels are sent out between 3.00 and 5.00 PM every working day from Strom Sports Nutrition in Shrewsbury, UK. Orders will generally arrive within two working days.
New Zealand & Australia Shipping:
Parcels are sent out between 3.00 and 5.00 PM every working day from Strom Sports Nutrition Downunder in Hamilton, New Zealand. Within New Zealand the order will generally arrive within one-week, for Australia expect two-weeks.
Global Shipping:
All orders for global destinations are shipped from New Zealand, please note that depending on your local shipping service the time will vary. Expect a minimum of two-weeks, or see our shipping partner's policy on your country here.
